Executive Assistant to the CEO

West Palm Beach

Responsibilities:  
  • Completes a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing calendar/email, composing and preparing correspondence, expense reports, arranging travel etc.
  • Communicates in a clear, professional and articulate manner
  • Manages the calendar of CEO 
  • Answers phone, transfers calls, takes accurate messages.   Including screening incoming calls and correspondence, when appropriate
  • Creates and maintains complex  written correspondence, memos and spreadsheets.
  • Preforms other special projects as directed by CEO

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor' s degree 
  • Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
