Executive Assistant to the CEO

- Completes a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing calendar/email, composing and preparing correspondence, expense reports, arranging travel etc.
- Communicates in a clear, professional and articulate manner
- Manages the calendar of CEO
- Answers phone, transfers calls, takes accurate messages. Including screening incoming calls and correspondence, when appropriate
- Creates and maintains complex written correspondence, memos and spreadsheets.
- Preforms other special projects as directed by CEO
- Bachelor' s degree
- Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
