This position will provide reception and administrative support.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets.
- Draft business documents and project plans from both written and recorded dictation.
- Assist supervisor with projects
- Covering reception desk when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- 2+ years' working in administrative position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Well organized.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent Customer Service skills required.
