This position will provide administrative support to members of the Marketing Team.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and data base.
- Draft business documents and project plans from both written and recorded dictation.
- Assure effective administrative workflow by coordinating logistics for meetings and events with program managers including invitations, RSVP' s, payments, venue, food, materials.
- Assist supervisor at events and meetings.
- Take and prepare minutes for meetings.
- Assist supervisor with travel arrangements and reimbursements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- 2+ years' working in administrative position.
- Writing Skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Database experience.
- Ability to work off hours for events (possible weekends).
- Well organized.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent Customer Service skills required.
