Job Description

This position will provide administrative support to members of the Marketing Team.

Essential Functions:
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and data base.
  • Draft business documents and project plans from both written and recorded dictation.
  • Assure effective administrative workflow by coordinating logistics for meetings and events with program managers including invitations, RSVP' s, payments, venue, food, materials.
  • Assist supervisor at events and meetings.
  • Take and prepare minutes for meetings.
  • Assist supervisor with travel arrangements and reimbursements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Strong Excel & Word skills
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • 2+ years' working in administrative position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Database experience.
  • Ability to work off hours for events (possible weekends).
  • Well organized.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills required.
