Fast Growing Payroll/Human Capital Management company is looking for a B2B Sales Professional with 1-3 years experience doing consultative sales.
Hunt for prospective clients & key contact points through research, networking and cold calling.
Sell exclusively within an assigned territory in downtown NYC
Develop relationships with C-Level Executives
Educate the prospective client on how to improve back office operations.
Develop high impact presentations designed to highlight additional value to clients
Present proposals to depict the benefits of company' s highly-customizable solutions
Negotiate financial agreements
Meet or exceed quota on KPI' s in order to be successful
Track sales activity and transactions in Salesforce.com and reports information to management
Bachelor’ s Degree or higher
Sales in payroll, HR, HCM or SaaS/software solutions preferred OR outside the HCM space
Strong sales aptitude/orientation including practical experience
An entrepreneurial mindset
Enjoys hunting for new business
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
