Our client is a wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical products such as Plasma Derivatives as well as Branded and Generic Oncolytics, IV Antibiotics and many other products and supplies. Our customer base includes Physician’ s offices, Infusion Centers, Blood Banks, Pharmacies and Hospitals throughout the United States.
Our Primary focus is nationwide lead generation assistance to sales force over the phone; outbound calling to Physician’ s offices, Hospitals, Infusion Centers, Pharmacies, etc., as assigned by Director of Sales, providing information on the company and key product offerings. The Associate Business Manager will not be responsible for the generation of sales until he/she is fully trained.

The Associate Business Manager is responsible for generating leads and at least 5 competitive notes a day. Call volume will be monitored and the Associate must be able to complete 10 outbound calls per hour to equal at least 80 calls a day or 3 hours of phone time.
The Associate Business Manager must keep the Director of Sales involved in their daily progress with Accounts and provide feedback accordingly.
The position has upward mobility to become an Inside Sales Executive (TBM) based upon overall knowledge acquired and the ability to sell. This position provides you with the essential tools to become a great insides sales rep for the Pharmaceutical industry, the rest is up to you!
Additional information including full responsibilities will be provided once the transition is established by the Association Business Manager to the Inside Sales Role.
Our sales position requires a high achiever with a strong personality and a desire to succeed in a highly competitive marketplace. Previous INSIDE Sales Experience is a must plus demonstrated experience in relationship management, territory management and cold calling within an inside environment that could propel you to a periodic outside opportunity when the need arises; all are parts of the requirement for this position.
Our sales personnel must be able to adapt to our Consultative Sales approach which aligns itself with the company’ s value-added service philosophy and continue to promote Health Coalition, as a strategic business partner to existing customers and prospective customers. Must be able to build strong lasting relationships • Must be able to reach and or exceed sales quotas and other periodic goals and objectives set by management.
- Experience in Territory and Relationship Management
- Experience with Inside Sales is a must
- Excellent Communication Skills with a Strong Command of English Language (verbal and written)
- Self motivated and an Independent worker
Career Level Required: Experienced (Non-Manager)
Education Required: Minimum of Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
