A responsible Administrative/Accounting Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’ s general administrative activities.

COMPETENCIES: Strong accomplished experience as a Receptionist and Accounts Assistant • Strong, oral, written and presentation skills are required • Execute task consistently • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Demonstrated ability to perform the basic job requirements without daily supervision is a must • Understanding of computer applications including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks.
